Last night I saw a new "got milk" commercial that I hadn't seen before. It insisted that I need to pour myself "one more serving" of milk every day. Suddenly I heard Nike and Nancy Reagan battling in my head . . . "Just do it" . . . "Just say no" . . . "Just do it" . . . "Just say no" . . .
Don't worry, in light of the epiphany I had last week, this was an easy victory for Nancy.
